- We offer a fast and reliable nationwide delivery service.
- We offer a next-day delivery service within Lagos for orders placed before 11am (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 11am on Friday, may be delivered the following Monday (within Lagos).
- Delivery charges for outside-Lagos deliveries are calculated based on the delivery location and order quantity.

Return and Refunds Policy
At Drinks Couture, it is our priority to provide an exceptional customer service experience to all of our customers. Unfortunately, in order to maintain our commitment to safeguarding the health and safety of all of our customers, we are unable to refund or exchange any drinks purchased, except:
- In the event that a product is unavailable after an order has been placed and paid for. In this event, we shall contact you to suggest a replacement or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order. If the alternative offered is not acceptable to you, then you’ll be entitled to a full refund.
- In the unlikely event that the drinks sold or/ and delivered are different from what was ordered, then you’ll be entitled to a full refund, PROVIDED the original packaging and receipt are present and intact. Products that have signs of use are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- We will provide a replacement, at your convenience, for any products that are broken or defective at the time they are delivered to you, but not afterwards, PROVIDED the original packaging and receipt are present and intact. Products that have signs of use are not eligible for replacement.
Please check your product(s) upon delivery before accepting them, as we will not take responsibility for any losses/ defects noticed after our delivery has been done and our delivery-person has left your property. Physical acceptance of your order will be deemed to be valid acceptance. However, we may in addition, request that you sign off upon acceptance.
The aforementioned policies do not affect your statutory rights.
