Do you have a physical shop or pick-up store?

No, we don’t. We are, currently, structured as an e-shop and have no physical presence, as yet.

How do I place my order in the absence of a physical shop?

We offer a very structured, organised and reliable order and delivery service which can be accessed via any of the different platforms stated below:

Can I place an order via the phone?

Yes, phone calls are just one of the ways that you can place your order with us. Please call our helpline as we’re waiting to take your order.

What are your operating hours?

Our phone lines are open Mondays to Saturdays: 9am to 6pm. Although our phone lines are only open at specific hours, you can send us an email or a direct message (DM) on Instagram or order on the website 24/7.

Is there a minimum order quantity on drinkscouture.com?

Yes, our minimum order quantity is 6 bottles. However, in some instances, we have some drinks that are available by the bottle. In these instances, it’ll be clearly stated in the product description or/and quantity drop-down menu.

How will my delivery be done?

Your order(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery partners. Please click on Delivery Information for more information.

Does drinkscouture.com deliver on weekends?

Drinks ordered and paid for before 11am on a working Friday, may get delivered on the following Saturday, subject to availability. We offer Sunday delivery for specific products within Lekki Phase 1 (Lagos). Kindly call our phone line or send an email to orders@drinkscouture.com for more information.

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Can I pay for an order on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a pay-on-delivery service.

What if the items delivered are not what I ordered?

We strongly advise that you inspect and confirm all items that are delivered to you at the point of delivery. In the unlikely event that the drinks sold or/ and delivered are different from what was ordered, then you’ll be entitled to a full refund, PROVIDED the original packaging and receipt are present and intact. Products that have signs of use are not eligible for refund or replacement.

What if I want to return an item due to defect?

We strongly advise that you inspect and confirm all items that are delivered to you at the point of delivery. If there is any defect, please DO NOT receive the order, simply call us on our helpline or send an email (detailing your name, phone number and specific complaint) to orders@drinkscouture.com. We will provide a replacement, at your convenience, for any products that are broken or defective at the time they are delivered to you, but not afterwards, PROVIDED the original packaging and receipt are present and intact. Products that have signs of use are not eligible for replacement.

What if I’m not home when the order arrives?

At the point when your order is confirmed you’ll be given a delivery time/ time-bracket. Please could you kindly ensure that there is an adult available to receive your order, as all deliveries must be signed for by an adult. Unfortunately, any delivery attempt after the first one will need to be paid for again.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

Please login to your drinkscouture.com account and check the “My Orders” section in order to get information on your order(s).

The drink I want to order isn’t on the site, what do I do?

If you can’t find the drink you’d like to order on our website, kindly call our helpline or send an email (with your specific enquiry) to orders@drinkscouture.com

Can I make a gift voucher purchase?

You can use your Drinks Couture gift voucher to make purchases on all Drinks Couture platforms, subject to availability, and up to the face-value of the voucher. Please call our phone-line or send an email to orders@drinkscouture.com to place your order and send us the details of the receiver, indicating that it is a gift voucher purchase.

How do I get discounts?

All ongoing deals and discounts will be displayed on the drinkscouture.com website, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter for upcoming deals and exclusive offers.

Can I shop directly on drinkscouture.com without creating an account?

Yes, you can shop as a guest, but we recommend you create an account for an easier shopping experience and to receive upcoming deals and discounts.

How do I pay for a drinkscouture.com purchase?

We have a variety of payment options for your convenience, be rest assured that your transactions are safe and please contact us if you experience any challenge.

Why are there different prices of the same product?

Prices of items differ due to the number of bottles in the case. You can easily select the quantity that you’re after from the drop-down menu. If you need further clarity on any price(s), kindly call our helpline or send an email to orders@drinkscouture.com

Are my debit card details protected from fraudsters?

We have put a variety of safeguards and monitoring tools in place so that you can be rest assured that all your details are kept private and secure against fraudulence.
